Rag Week:

- busking from 7pm to 8:30pm on Tuesday

- Drown Drama around 10pm on Tuesday

Ciaran Gray workshop:

- 6pm on Tuesday of Week 5, March 4^th

Disco Pigs:

- Joey wants to put Disco Pigs on in the Helix for one night towards the end of the semester, as well as in the Venue in Week 7

- it would probably have to be in Week 12

- Declan to talk to Joey about it

Fame:

- invite John to the meeting next week for an update on the musical

- building the set is starting next weekend

Yearbook:

- everyone to send their pieces to Pauric

Tech for shows in the Helix:

- Romeo and Juliet: Declan is looking after tech

- Vagina Monologues: Alan Keegan is looking after tech

Clubs and Socs Awards nominations:

- nomination forms have to be completed by March 5^th

- we will be running for Best Society

- need to decide Best Event, Best Individual and Best Fresher

- make decision at the next meeting

Murder Mystery weekend:

- can go off for a weekend to do a Murder Mystery trip

- Pauric to look into the cost of it

AOB:

- Scrubs: Brian, Gary and Doireann are looking after it

- happening Tuesday and Wednesday of Week 5

- ISDA: we definitely have one slot, and we're in the lottery for two

- Alan Flanagan wants his play to go forward
