Hey Guys,

 

Right guys so next week is going to be brillant so here is a kinda scheulde(spelt wrong of course.) so you know what is happening.

 

 

Our first performance in the helix.Its a ten minute piece in front of 1000 freshers,it is an amazing oppurtunity even better than putting our leaflets in the orientation bags and isnt as soul destroying:).I'm going to ask lisa if we can leaflet the helix ,if not we could have people handing out leaflets.We will meet in clubs and soc's

 

 

We will setup our stand.Im thinking between eleven and four in the hub.Then we will hopefully have a workshop.We will be taking that ourselves.

 

 

Again the stand,workshop and we will be doing the orientation piece again.

 

 

Set-up stand.No workshop.Committee Night out on Thursday.Drinks in mine and then onto Barcode to celebrate our first week:)

 

And thats basically the plan for the week.

 

Possible another idea for the calendar.Scrubs the musical in the week three of semester two.Far away from the real musical,only half an hour long,and we have nothing that much on.Instead of the film festival or with the film festival.I think it would work really well and i think it would be a real crowd puller,who doesnt like scrubs!!!!!!!!!!!!
