Hi all

 

I really wish I could be emailing you with happy news but I can't. There has been a mix up with the Helix, basically the dates I had originally been green lighted for (13th- 16th April) are now no longer available, which puts us in an uncomfortable position. We have 2 options

 

1. take 5 days at a rate of €3750 which is a cheaper rate then we were quoted previously ( a sign of good will) the snag is the dates, the 22nd to the 26th of March, which in student terms is Week 7,reading week.

 

2.or take a 3 day run (30th March to the 1st April) but that would involve getting in and shows and really isnt feasible

 

so really we have one option, putting our biggest performance of the year on, on the quietest week in the DCU calender..... anyone else feel like crying i know I do

 

I have asked about week 11 and even week 12 and there so no availability.

 

Let me know if anyone has any ideas or suggestions
