Ratification of last meetings minutes ? Any matters Arising ? Welcome New Committee! ? Rent DVD?s ? Capital equipment Investment ? Rent in Olympia- Any update? ? DADA Finalisation (after new committee leave) ? AOB New Committee: -New Committee were welcomed, they were asked if they had any queries about their positions. No one had any major issues; there will be further handover meetings which they will be informed about through email. Rent DVS?s: - Lorcan finished the DVDs on Friday. Ed has a copy. He got a quote of 289e for anywhere between 50 to 100 euro. We all decided to go with 100e. - Viewing will be week 13 in the nursing building. ED will sort out a room etc. - Pricing has been decided at 4e (with a voluntary 1e for charity) Capital Equipment Investment: -Conor has been talking to Jenni and Alan who suggested that we grant app for lighting and new equipment for the Venue. The SU will most likely go halves. -ADAM and CONOR will go to Shay tomorrow (Adam has a list of stuff that Jay suggested) -A suggestion was made to get a new door (that doesn?t cause accidents!) Rent in the Olympia- Update: -Ed was talking to Martin Conroy who expressed an interest but will have to get back to him on Wednesday. -Ed also talked to Shay who was concerned for us and the risk we?re taking. Bob, Ed and John were meeting that night. -Una Redmond wants to speak with John Donnelly. -DCU will be on the poster and MCD are putting 27,000 into PR. DADA?s -Trophies are ordered; they should only come to about 90e. -The slipper has been booked for 7pm on Thursday. -We?re still owed 70 bags of chips from Rent which we will have there. -Finalisation to winners and nominees were made. -ED will make the slide show, CIAN will make the certificates. AOB: -All the boards that were used for elections are now back. -Conor needs receipts from BARRY. -ED is to send this weeks email. -COMMITTEE MEAL- next Tuesday in Luigi Malone?s after committee meeting at 6pm.
