I agree with Pauric. It's just too difficult to generate interest in an event that happens on a Sunday night. I think it would be better to hold it off until Wednesday and then run it in conjunction with the LOAFS on Thursday night. That way those taking part are guaranteed to have an audience, which will be nice for them. Our original reason for deciding against putting it on Wednesday was the fact that it's the day after the Clubs and Socs Ball, but when you think about it, not a whole lot of first years go to the ball really. I know I didn't in first year anyway. So they should be around on the Wednesday night to kick start the production, and then by Thursday night everyone else will have recovered from the ball and will be up for coming along to see both it and the LOAFS! Heyup Guys,
As of the moment i haven't received a single email to sign up to play in a day,as it says to do on the posters....not the greatest omen in the world, also do we have a venue for it tonight..
I think it might be an idea to run it on Wednesday and run the play as part of the loafs...
