The Hoodies are actually ready for collection. I thought it might be a
good idead to give them out at the AGM but I'd need somebody with a
car to pick them up on Tuesday. Any suggestions?

Congratulations to all involved in Full Monty, which I think is every
committee member except me :(  One thing I would ask is that the
Ticket Sales part of the performance rights contract be filled out
ASAP and sent back to Weinberger with the associated payment.

I'd also suggest that we have the meeting on Monday evening. We have a
fair amount to discuss and I won't be able to attend if it's before
the AGM on Tuesday. I think it's really important that we're on top of
things if we want to avoid the fiasco that was last year's AGM. The
kind of organisation we had for the EGM in October wouldn't go amiss.
We also need to discuss Alan's play, the variety show and the DADA's
at some stage so I think putting a time constraint on the meeting
would be a bad idea.

Hope ye're all enjoying the sunshine,

Joey
