Hey everyone,
Here's what came out of the meeting last night. If anyone has any questions, or wants to clarify anything I say in this, send me an email as my phone won't be fixed till tomorrow.
I'll be checking my inbox every half an hour, so I won't be too long getting back to you. RIGHT! To business.

1. It has been made clear to everyone involved that DCU Drama will not be funding this production.
2. Bob will be talking to Shea and Una today, and will make them aware of this. This should satisfy their questions about the production, since a DCU Society (and by extention the office of student life) is not involved, and hasn't signed anything, so the college isn't in debt.
3. Ed is contacting Martin Conroy about getting the President's Office to fund the show (the only place left in the college that has any money). IF this does come about, the funds will be coming from DCU, the coporate identity, and will as such be viewed as sponosrship for the show.
4. DCU Press Office have been instructed by the president of the college to promote the event, and will be liaising with Bob.
5. MCD is putting €27,000 into promoting the show.
6. The show is estimated to sell 350 seats on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, with that increasing to 600 for the Thursday, Friday and Saturday showings.
7. John Donnelly has given us the programme, meaning we get any and all profits from it. Both John Cannon and Ed have sourced €3 programmes from two different suppliers. We're estimated to sell 50 programme per show, meaning we could easily make €1,200. John Cannon has the original figures for this. Let me know if you'd like them.

And that's pretty much it. I hope that's cleared everythinbg up. If you have any questions, let me know and I'll get straight back to you.
Cheers,
Cian
