Sets for shows: - Mail needs to be sent around to see what is needed for each show. One Acts: -All going OK. Adam got the radio mikes off Jay today but the good sound desk will need to be taken out of the old bar which will be done on Wednesday. Tech requirements for coming shows; -Dec mailed tech requirements for each show to Jay. **Side note: Stars will have to be changed to the Wednesday as it was still booked for the Tuesday. Ger and Dec will look after replying to them. Ticket Prices: - Tickets for Panto will be 5e on the Monday and 6e on the other days, 1e of each ticket will go to charity -Stars will be 4e. Fame Screening: -CIAN will look after this for week 9. We can sell the DVDs at it. DCU FM drama Slot: -1hr slot for Drama on the radio. Said we will put it in the mail and see who wants it. -Agreed that we should talk about our shows and events coming up as well as a short drama piece.
