hi guys, lots of opinions flying around there. ger has sent us a very in depth proposal, possibly the most in depth one we'll see this year. its very black and white so if people have opinions, i suggest you print out the proposal and make notes to be brought up at the meeting. dont worry daniel there'll be no storming out this time, unless of course you have something random planned. elaine can you hold off sending that email on behalf of the drama committee until all our thoughts are taken into consideration. thanks for the effort though!! riona, talk to you about dreaded money on monday! and save the group hug for your therapy, right? this isnt a disney movie. we're seriously angry individuals. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! PAT FUCKIN RAFTER! ps: more pressing issue?---> *NO TREASURER!!!!* #########################################################

Ok people,
Time to calm down and remember that we're all here to have a bit of fun :)
Re: Ger, I think he is very enthusiastic and as long as we bring down his budget a bit in some areas, and *really* stress that DCU Drama are not going to be taking responsibility for this (but will support him as much as we can) it could work very well.
Elaine I understand you've had to deal with Ger an awful lot in the last five months, and he's difficult enough to deal with.
However, this is a drama society. And here is a real drama production that someone wants to invest time and energy in. He's happy enough to do the promotion and a lot of the work so really he's just looking for financial advice and a producer.
Also, I have something to say about the money that Drama control. I don't think e-mail is the best way to do it so I'll be bringing it up at the meeting on Monday, but I've had a lot of advice on this and it's relevant to teh current discussion.
In conclusion: we all love each other, it going to be ok. *group hug* :) Riona
