Hey guys,

I just wanted to give ye a look at the first draft of the committee handbook. I'd ask everyone to have a quick look through the description of their respective role and see if they're happy enough. I've tried to include everything covered in the first handover meeting but I'm pretty sure I've forgotten a few things. I'd also welcome any constructive criticism or suggestions for  re-wording because, as you'll see, it's still very much a work in progress. Just send me a quick e-mail (no need to spam mail the whole committee).

The directory of contacts is the main problem area right now. I'm hoping that you guys (Bob?) can forward me on whatever e-mail addresses and phone numbers you have that will help me fill in the gaps (Conor, can you send me on your own number too). Also, if you can think of anybody else that ought to be included, let me know.
