Hey guys,

 

Okay, next week is Clubs and Socs and there's a few important things to get done between here and then.

 

 

AS soon as you get this send

 

25 A3 posters of Make a Scene (with the baby crying) to campus print... A3!!!!

25 A3 posters of the Streaker & one A4.

 

Could you MAKE a new Broadway poster- with less "stuff" on the page but basically saying " we're going to Broadway " or whatever.

Send that one to the committee.

 

Lastly the poster "Before Anyone did blah blah blah..."  At the white section in the bottom could you write the following

 

 

 

Or something to that effect. Don't make it fancy- plain writing, nice font and the DCU Drama logo at the bottom right.

 

 

 

Everybody MUST wear a costume! SO go home and get out anything that'll do as a costume. Bui Bolg will be up also which is great but they most likely will be manned by the two people who bring them up.

 

 

Joey could you pick these up?

 

Raffle tickets (cloakroom tickets)

Balloons (black and silver)

Sweets (or other stuff to give away)

Ribbon (for the BUi Bolg guys)

Anything you think might make our stand brilliant.

OKay a very important job is happening here on Sunday

 

CLEANING THE EQUIPMENT ROOM

 

Time: 10am

Venue: Equipment Room

Committee members needed: ALL OF YOU (bar Susan- see below)

 

Guys we need everyone to do this cus this job will take us a while so get your asses down to the equipment room for 10am on Sunday.

 

 

Worry about ONE thing- sponsorship. See if you can get any clubs/bars etc to sign up. WHich leads me to...

 

 

If we get a club/bar to sign up we gotta make membership cards for the EGM (this will also encourage people to go and whatnot!) but we need to know soon. ANd Joey could you check out the cost of lamenating paper while in town?

Eoin, I saw you writing a blurb for Campus- could you write on up for next week (or there after?)
