Hi Alan,

I’m contacting you from a commercials production company – I am
helping to facilitate the Irish end of a worldwide event for World
Aids Day initiated by Bono’s Red charity.

Please see treatment attached for a rough feeling of the project.

Looking for small  - big groups of singers to audition – all styles
ages etc considered – if there is something unusual about the group
all the better – can be anything from 2 people upwards.

The event entails singers from all over the world singing The Beatles
‘All You Need Is Love’ simultaneously at 13.30 GMT on the 7th
December. The event will be streamed live from every country in the
world back to screens in London where we’re told some famous singers
will be taking part. Then all the videos from different countries will
be cut together to make one music video for the web which will be seen
all over the world.

I’m auditioning people on this Friday 27th November at 15.30.

Unfortunately as this is a charity event the performers will not be
paid.

If you could put the attached poster up in the Student Union I would
appreciate it.
