* Proposal to have a mixture between Liana and other professionals to run workshops- passed

* Search for set designers & other underway- Lyn

* Proposal to have a directing & producing workshop in next week or two... passed

* Way too much info- but all is good in the hood. Possibly John could you send Grant aps to Joey for capital equipment?

11.) Committee communication

* AGREED that if you know something of importance that you inform the committee via e-mail... there is no need to have an online discussion about it but it helps for those who don't know what we're talking about when we enter a committee meeting. It'll also save time and help speed up the meetings.

* Ensure that each person is doing there job correctly and that there is no overlapping and such...
