[Drama-Committee] Question about Royalties

Hi Committee! I was just enquiring about how the royalties for plays system works! If the playwright is dead for more then 50 years do royalties still need to be paid? How do you get permission to stage a play and pay the royalties? Thanks a million!! Orla McGreal
