Hey guys,

Talked with Ashley today and himself, Alan Keegan and Elaine Bannon have discussed the proposition of having the Musical in the Helix next year. I think this a fantastic idea and I would like to know two things...

1.) What do you guys think? I'd like everyone to consider things like costs, timing (as in this years musical was very rushed! only a few weeks rehearsals) and any other problems to be faced- etc... (stuff I should know about but... uh... DON'T!!!!)

2.) Could I have all the contact details that we use in the helix? I would like to introduce myself to those in charge as to make a good first impression.

Anyway, could you tell me EVERYTHING that you think is important. i.e. How much will it cost approx? The advantages and disadvantages... the ups and downs... whatever!!!

I really want look into this now so I won't be shocked come next September! And I'd really appreciate any help I could get from you guys.

The only reason why I ran for chair was because of the enjoyment and professionalism I encountered this year on committee- thanks guys.
