The launch should take no more than half an hour but knowing us irish it will prolly take till 7. Does it put too many people out to start the meeting at 7? It will be a short meeting this week (as drama meetings go). Just a few things that need discussion but everyone needs to help out in the week ahead and we need to do up some kind of roster for the week ahead so that everything gets covered. There are still alot of things not getting done and some people are kinda over loaded with work at the moment so we need to take the pressure off them a bit. Can everyone please reply via email and call dave with their confirmation of attendance for a meeting at 7....its week 8 and we haven't had a full turnout at a meeting yet! If it really puts people out then we'll go back to having the meeting at 7 but seeing as drama are the instigators of arts week, all of lisa's efforts and it looks like we're in charge of arts week's finances too (although that needs to be discussed tonight also) I think we should be there at 6 to support.
