Sponsorship ? Hoodies ? Drown Drama ? Rent ? AOB Vagina Monologues: - The options are the 19th of March or the 28th of April. If we choose the April date, Ciara will have to hand the show over to Sinead. If it?s in March it?s the week before Rent. We voted and decided that we will do it in March on the basis that the only day the girls are missing from rehearsals is the day of the show. Ciara can organise meetings with the girls individually to accommodate this if needs be. Sponsorship; - Bag packing is only available in June. It will be decided again if we will do it. If we do busking we need to get a permit. Need to start to get onto local businesses. Hoodies; -Cian will get them this week. The final figure looks to be about 24 euro. About 27 people have ordered them. Drown Drama: -Obviously it wasn?t done. We decided to do it on Tuesday in the old bar. Ed will get the sponges and buckets, Pauric will inform Niall. Rent: - Everything is going well. 1000 A3 posters and 10,000 flyers have been ordered and we should have them by Wednesday. Cian will have to go and get the ties etc in B & Q. AOB: -Adam will ring Jay this week about swapping the desks. -A radio mike was stolen from the venue. It?s worth 222 euro. We have virtually no chance of getting it back but could we look into getting things insured? -ISDA stuff is sent and the 100 euro check will be sent this week. -Pauric will begin workshops next week and will hopefully put on Play in a Day type things and Sound of Disney one Tuesday before the old bar and charge 2euro in. -We got photos of the Neyenga Drama Society and they?re on bebo.
