DCU DRAMA COMMITTEE MEETING
Agenda: Monday, December 10th, 2007

Raffle money from panto:
- we raised €50 from the raffle at the panto on Wednesday night
- we will give it to Rag Week because we gave one euro of every ticket sold to SVP
- Jenni to write the cheque
Broadway shows:
- we will be going to Wicked on the Thursday
- Spelling Bee and Les Mis are going to be off Broadway when we're there
- we can't go to Spring Awakening because they don't have enough student tickets
- possible shows to go to: Avenue Q, Chicago, Grease, Hairspray, Legally Blonde, Spamalot, Phantom of the Opera, The Color Purple
- definite choice: Phantom of the Opera on the Wednesday
- definite choice: Hairspray on the Tuesday
- Pauric, Alan and Jenni to finish booking the shows at 3pm on Tuesday
- Pauric to talk to Joey about paying for the tickets
Broadway itinerary:
- the itinerary is nearly done, apart from the shows
- Pauric to finish it off before Wednesday
- we will have a Broadway meeting at 2pm on Wednesday to go through the itinerary with everyone
- Susan to email out about this meeting
- proposal to have four committee members to look after ten people each while we're in New York
- Pauric, Declan, Yvonne and Fiona volunteered to do this
- Laura Moore can't go to Broadway so Stephen Grimes is next on the list
Equipment room clean-out:
- didn't happen this morning because we didn't have the key
- Pauric and Declan to sort it out on Wednesday after the Broadway meeting
AOB:
- Rag Week meeting: each society needs to raise €200, go to Joey if we need any help
- Scrooge: everyone's welcome to come along at 4:30pm on Thursday
- Susan to send on a blurb to Pauric for the announce drama
