ABSENT: Ciara Lighting: - The workshop went well. Jay gave us a list of equipment we should ask the SU to invest in. If we grant app?d for it all then we?re bound to get some. - The new lighting desk itself is great and easy to use. 12th Night: - ADAM requested a budget from CONOR for it. It will take place in either week 10 or 11. RENT: - We need to start selling tickets in the Henry Grattan and the Hub. ED will get onto the Helix about it. - Ciara has been around local businesses looking for sponsorship. What?s after Rent? - Week 9, 10 and 11 are for Bash, 12th Night and Vagina Monologues. - DADA?s will be the beginning of week 12 and the AGM will probably be the Monday of week 10. - Sound of Disney will either be in week 8 or 9 and there will also be workshops. Society application form: - There has been a rumour that our form for the awards didn?t go through properly. Ger sent it but he?ll get onto them again just to make sure everything is ok. AOB: - We agreed that if there are no profits made from Rent that the society will give 200e to the Dublin Aids Alliance. - Awards dinner: Apparently 5 committee members can attend the dinner but this was not finalised as of yet. Dec and Holly will get places anyway as they?re nominated but we decided that if this goes ahead that Ger, Ed, Conor, Sinead and Barry will attend. - Shay wants us to do a Rent performance at the awards.
