What time are we having this meeting?

 

I'm not free tomorrow between 2pm & 5pm. Available after and before if necessary (although- note- I WILL have a major life-threatening hangover...!)

 

Could people reply to this for the times that they are available, then our sexy secretary John can decide a time and e-mail/contact the committee.
