[Drama-committee] Drama Meeting change

Good day ladies and gentlemen, due to a general lack of availability of committee members this evening, it is proposed we hold a meeting at 1pm tomorrow instead. This is because some very important things need to be decided and as Elaine has rightly pointed out, these decisions must be made with a majority of members present.
