Dear John,

I hope you are keeping well. I am currently working on the fourth series of the Science and Entertainment programme called Scope which airs on RTE Two.

We are currently making a programme about the science of humour and are setting up an 'experiment' in the form of a small stand up show in the Bewleys Cafe Theatre on Grafton St.
The aim is to find out about the science of a joke and essentially what it is that makes us laugh.

Naked Camera's Meave Higgins and a few others are taking part and our presenter Danann Breathnach is going to be giving stand up a shot!
We would really like some volunteers to be part of the audience and show us what is funny and what is not!

The shoot will be on Wednesday 17th January from 7pm until about 9pm.
I would really appriciate it if you could pass this info on to anyone who might be interested in coming along and ask them to contact Ceoladh Sheahan on 01 4100 845 for further details.

Kind regards and many thanks,

Niamh McKeon
