Hi all Drama committee meeting on monday...see above ;) St.Michael's house, remeber that think I mentioned about helping st.micahels house to put on their own stars in their eyes show??? Well I need 2 people to come with me on Friday afternoon to give them a tour of the Venue and the Mahony Hall. There will be staff from st.michael's house to help us but I'd prefer not to have to do it on my own. 2...Arts week. We need someone to produce Stars in their eyes! Any takers? MPS will be taking over the filming and multi-media needed on the night but we need someone to audition the participants and set design (MPS will held here) and also to organise the music for the night. 3...Claire, I have the number for Lighting Liam and he's free the two nights you wanted him for. 4...MUSICAL!!! This is very behind schedule on every aspect. No video night has been had, I will be bringing in the dvd of HAIR monday for someone to take home but we cant wait for two video's to do the rounds or it will be after christmas before a decision is made. Is everyone free next wednesday afternoon (lisa, I know your not) to watch one in a class room somewhere. I have Hair on dvd and so far copa is impossible to get, anyone got connections or not seen it before? 5...Rocky... its in two weeks time. Can as many of the committee try and make this event as possible. I understand if some people have to work but we need a strong presence at our first charging in event of the year. 6...Murder she wrote We need a producer. We need a director. We need a script. Can someone try and get a hold of donal and get the thing off him, its up to him to get it to us. We are going to have to hold auditions soon enough too, it could be in 4 weeks time! AOB if anyone wants something put on the agenda next monday (I will have one this time, promise) then just mail me and I'll stick it on so that AOB doesn't take too long.
