Hey Guys,
Rocky Horror- Shea agreed to start the show at 10pm. He informed us that should we start it at 9 the place will be empty (he was telling us that at the aqua ball people didn't show till 10:30....) We've also got 150 tickets again BUT we are NOT allowed to sell them at discounted rate and we're ONLY allowed sell them to drama members... SERIOUSLY... he wants a list of each person ticked off the list. two reasons:
1.) He's covering the cost of the screens (1 mayor and 2 smaller ones for the scripts approx €800+) and
2.) He stresses that he doesn't want it to appear that Drama are getting special treatment cus he'll be hearing complaints from other societies for the rest of the year!
So it is believed that we are getting 150 tickets to sell at full price but we have to cover the cost of props and the cost of rights for the show (joey?)
Jay has agreed to produce it- I'll contact him about it in the next day or two just to remind him and stuff.
We need to set up stand for Monday- who'll organize this? (any volunteers?)
E-mailed people about Broadway- also FLIGHTS ARE FINALLY BOOKED... but you all know that... cus you read the e-mail...
ALSO.... RENT is on Broadway when we're there (originally it was supposed to be off Broadway...) I may look into this... but we'll discuss that later...
Also, conor could you advertise auditions for King Lear on the website (
Tues 6-8... Wed 2 onwards... and THurs 6-8 in XG14). There's a section in the right hand toolbar that is specifically for "upcoming auditions". Thanks.

Hey guys,
Just wondering what the story is with the Rocky Horror next week? Steve and Eoin, did Shea agree to us pushing the screening back to an earlier time? And what's the arrangement we have set up in terms of tickets? Are we being given 150 like last year? If so, we'll probably need to have a stand set up on Monday to sell the tickets at the discounted price. Has Jay agreed to produce it? Have the projector and second screen been booked yet? (Interrogation or what?)
Also, we're gonna need to remind the Broadway people that the second instalment of €200 is due on Monday. Steve, do you want me to e-mail those people or do you want to do it yourself?
Lyndsey, have we managed to source anybody to give the set-design workshop that's scheduled to go ahead next week? Apparently DLI can fund us up to €300 for workshops so I reckon that's worth checking out.
I've cast my two one-acts. Maybe the cast-lists could go up on the web-site? Whatever you think yourself, Conor.
