Hey guys,

Since we're nearly finished being on committee (I know its not till July, but I feel this AGM will be the nail in the coffin...) I thought we should try clear up alot of stuff to help next years committee...

Musical -  Can we "guess-ti-mate" the amount of money in the Drama account after the musical? Its not a problem at all if we didn't break even or whatever, I just think we should let our future committee be informed of the current Drama accounts. (So they can prepare for bag pack if necessary!!) OH and a massive well done again on the Musical guys, it was an excellent production and I really feel it deserves 'Best Event'.... *fingers crossed*

Hoodies - Can we order them? People really aren't paying up until we get them in, and we may aswell just get them in. If its something they have to sell next year then so be it. I've sold 9 (not including committee). Joey- I owe drama €55. I'll give it to ya in the next meeting.

AGM - I was thinking we do it like this...

1.) QUICK description of committee roles... Me- Chair & Sec... Joey - Treasurer & Vice-Chair... Pauric - Training Officer... Rest - Their position
2.) QUICK election of committee in the following order... Chair, Vice-Chair, Sec, Tres, PRO, ELO, Tech, Spon, Training, Web
3.) Drinks in the Old Bar

Website - Conor could you put back up on the webspace where it says '2006/2007 Committee' John, Lyndsey and Eoin. I think its only fair to credit them for the work they did first semester and I think its bad form to leave them out. I'm talking about the bit without the pictures at the bottom of the page.

Next Meeting - When and where people? Possibly Tuesday at 5pm or 6pm - just before the AGM? Give people the chance to enjoy their Easter break?! =)

Clubs & Socs Awards - This Thursday. We'll def try to get entire committee there. It shouldn't be a problem... *fingers crossed*
