if my tone is too impatient or im looking too unoptimistic about the whole thing then by all means but i though you should have a look at it before its sent to him. I think he's being very unrealistic about the whole thing but if he feels that he can put 100% into it I would encourage it only on the provision that he gets a production team togeather during the first semester.
