Ok people, Time to calm down and remember that we're all here to have a bit of fun :) Re: Ger, I think he is very enthusiastic and as long as we bring down his budget a bit in some areas, and *really* stress that DCU Drama are not going to be taking responsibility for this (but will support him as much as we can) it could work very well. Elaine I understand you've had to deal with Ger an awful lot in the last five months, and he's difficult enough to deal with. However, this is a drama society. And here is a real drama production that someone wants to invest time and energy in. He's happy enough to do the promotion and a lot of the work so really he's just looking for financial advice and a producer. Also, I have something to say about the money that Drama control. I don't think e-mail is the best way to do it so I'll be bringing it up at the meeting on Monday, but I've had a lot of advice on this and it's relevant to teh current discussion.
