Hey all - hope summer's going well for one and all. Anyone who didn't know, i'm indeed home and waiting for an excuse to get drunk*!! :)

Got a message from bob today (as i assume did everyone else) - and, as pointed out, we've got just over 2 weeks to prepare ourselves for the all important first impression that is "orientation week".

In order to get our heads together bout exactly what were doing, we do really need some sort of group collaboration of minds and expressing of our varying ideas and opinions - a "Meeting", if you will!! :)

If everyone could please reply back as to a time which suits best (as i'm sure some of you are probably working on occasion) that'd be great - it needn't be a great big email either - just what time's you can make it!!

We really need this if we're to start the year on the right step - and i think we'll need a strong start, because societies in dcu are growing every year and if we want to keep DCU Drama as one of/ the most active societies, we need to impress from the moment they get to this college!!

 

Ok - enough of my ramblings - i'm not sure but i think this is going to everyone - of course, only new committee need to show up to this - unless outgoing members are bored and wanting to desperately recapture the feeling of being on drama committee before being sucked into spc life, or some such!! :) (just kidding - don't kill me!!)

 

Anyways, please all reply asap stating your free times - otherwise we'll have to resort to desperate measures - and i'll be charging drama for the amount of string and paper cups it'll take to make a giant intercom stretching the length of the country!! :)

 

Ok - so, that's it for now - if it helps tempt anyone, i wouldn't mind a "catch up" drink after the meeting?? :)

 

Oh, and finally, any of the intelligent people out there who took down that lovely plan for next year on a shiny computer, i'd really appreciate it if you could forward the file my way - it'd save me looking through 20 bags of random papers from last year!! :)
