we definitely need a meeting just to discuss all this, maybe the
agenda could have topics just about the musical. As a committee it is
on our shoulders to make the biggest event in our calendar as amazing
as it can be. I really don't think Olena understands how dcu societies
work. she is producer but it is our members that keep us going and not
considering every member (who is interested in choreographing) in her
selection process isn't acceptable. Olena's choice to hire Aoife may
not be a bad one and the decision may not have been made  on a whim
but Olena should know that the vast amount of talent that is available
in DCU Drama is there to be exposed. active members aren't there to be
completely overlooked, especially in such a huge event.

she's going to do a great job as producer......so we shouldn't piss
her off too much.....but we really need a meeting with her.... maybe
we could discuss what we will say to her at our next meeting and meet
with her during the week. we really have to be reading from the same
page before we confront her about her email....sorry for the long
email. I'm venting!!
