firstomundo:  Id like everyone to email me items for the agenda for mondays meeting.

 

secondomundo: this agenda will be emailed out for monday morning so that everyone knows whats coming up. 

 

toidly:Also were also going to be implementing a soloution solving method. hopefully this will speed up the meeting. 

 

Finalliage: there will be an action list.We often decide on a plan of action and completely overlook who will deal with the issue. 

 

So there will be a list of all actions approved by the committee which will be emailed out with the minutes. 

 

ie. action . paint the drama boards>> steven , liana,

                book rooms for auditions >>> john

                organise refreshments >>>> pauric

 

and etc etc,

 

this elimainates the grey area around following through on matters discussed at meetings.so can all of you please email me items for the agenda.
