ED pass on his details to MPS via Fiona Byrne (chair) and then drama can just act in it. Panto Set: - Art are having a workshop on Thurs at 6pm which Conor and Adam will attend. SINEAD will ask Holly about design and ideas. - Adam got onto a carpenter and prices are ridiculous. There are a number of boards in the equipment room. *** Sinead and Adam went up there after meeting and there are plenty of usable, stable boards there. - We will see what Holly needs and then take it from there. - CONOR- Pay Full Monty bill - EVERYONE- Keep their eyes open for a reasonable carpenter. Open Day: -Prize fund of 1500e for those who have a big presence. Need banners around the place, ED will ask Holly about a panto performance. - We will only have this on the Friday along with a stand.
