Hi guys,

Right ok the situation is this...Bob told us to pay an extra €40 on behalf of Drama Soc to Fergus Fallon on the night of the Choral showcase because he had spent a lot of time with the guys and dolls cast rehearsing.

Because you guys are in so much debt this year we will cover that €40. That was a real fuck-up on your part. It should have never been offered by Bob in the first place. We were primarily looking for it because we are getting audited and we need to account for that money.

But, we're going to let it pass to help you guys out, because we are actually nice and we do like drama!!!

But we would like it noted that we are helping you out here and we would like that recognition next year and we don't want to have any alleged fuck-ups on our part brought up again!

Every committee has them and you can't hold grudges against them for it!!
