Hi All Considering that we've not had one meeting in 10 weeks with a full committee turn out and the fact that there are only 2 meetings left before the end of the semester, I feel that for once we need a 100% turn out to cover the biggest issues and if someone has to leave at any stage it should be for a very good reason. In my opinion, rushed meeting are a cause of some of the problems we're having at the minute. Hopefully this meeting won't take too long. Dave and Bob, I will arrange someone not on the committee or in the show to over see the rehersal tomorrow night so that you both can attend the full meeting and won't be under pressure to run off. I'll assume everyone will be there before 6 so we can start at 6 pm sharp Here's the agenda. I'd appreciate if you'd all take a look over the items before the meeting so that we can get through the list as quickly as possible. ------------------------------------------------------- Item 1 : Minutes from last meeting: what was actioned, completed and still to be completed. Item 2 : Dave and Bob's email Guys, I've gotten the ball rolling by responding to the lads email. I would like everyone to take 60 seconds on the points brought up and give their views. Any other issues that you feel need to be addressed should also be brought up here or mailed to me to be placed into AOB. I'll stick everything and everyones issues in a revised agenda. Item 3 : A report from everyone on the semister so far. Aims that you've met. Aims you haven't. Aims for second semister (+deadlines). Any help you need from others with particulars. Item 4 : Variety Show: Report from all involved Item 5 : Stage design workshop Item 6 : Promotion, Storm troopers, committee and working with other societies. Item 7 : St. Michael's house "You're a star" and Christmas party: Report and spot prizes for the raffell. Item 8 : Marketing and communications, In short they are giving us money to provide models for their new approach to secondary schools. I'll put the info in the members email tomorrow. Item 9 : Treasurer's standing order Committee opinion and a vote. Yvonne can you please mail it on to everyone again so its fresh in their minds.
