Whilst it is very disappointing that this has occurred we appreciate your position and so as a goodwill gesture we are happy to waive the cancellation clause of the contract. We will transfer the funds paid to the RENT account but we would like to state that this is an exception on this occasion only and we would not be in position to do this again should a similar circumstance arise in the future.
