[Drama-committee] DADAs etc
Ahoy gang, A few things: Right, with the DADAs on Monday week, Cormac of all people has offered to transfer all of my videotape to DVDs.... Yay. I'll get that done as quickly as possible and get them to Gary and Dave. I also have a shitload of photos which I will transfer to a CD and get to Gary and Dave too. I'm sending out the nominations email tonight (tonight, it will all happen tonight) and we are gonna have all the nominees and categories printed in An Tarbh the day of the awards Eoin, I'll forward you the full list and then you need to forward that to press@dcusu.ie, along with a blurb about the DADAs. Send it to dcudrama@gmail.com too, in fact send a copy of everything to that address, that way we always have a copy on file. I want a big submission to An Tarbh next week, lets see if we can get the DADAs poster on the back page like we did with the musical (does this cost?) Gary: can you look into putting together a VERY simple program for the night of the show? I'm talking about one photocopied A4 page folded over, with the DADA poster as the front cover and the nominations listed inside etc. Let me know. Joe K (and Shane): ring around and check bus prices to Maynooth for Tuesday night. Don't worry about financial stuff, we'll worry about that later (see Elaine? I'm learning so much!). Is our account with campus print healthy at the moment ? If so, Joe M, will you and Gary get together and get 40 A4 and 40 A3 posters printed up for the DADAs, check with Elaine first tho, I'm not sure if we get a price break if we go over a certain number... Charlie: I had a look at the website, good work getting the new committee up so fast (or was it widger, I get confused easily...). You could change "Bob" to Roibeard O Mhurcu though, or even Roibeard 'Bob" O Mhurcu for our two members who don't know who I am... That's all I can think of right now, I'm sure there's more, but I'm an old man and I forget stuff. Later Bob -- Roibeard O Mhurcu # 54144094 CS1 Class Rep.
