Hi everybody, Firstly I would like to appologise for being a piss-poor officer lately. I've being going through some shit that I don't really want to discuss but I should have given my responsibilities to somebody else seeing this was the case and i'm sorry for this. Secondly, I dont think the vagina monologues is going ahead. We have hit several obstacles over the past two weeks. First of all the helix is unavailable until week 12 which is obviously out of the question and putting the show on in the venue is such a huge step down from previous show, intimate wise and this would also cut down on our pr (people traveled as far as Belfast to see the show last year having heard about it on the helix website). Secondly i have had 3 drop outs so far, one from my angry vagina just on monday which is going to be nearly impossible to recast as it is practically the anchor of the show. Finally, the v-day organisation have contacted me with an angry e-mail saying that last years follow up report was not completed and they were contemplating refusing us rights anyway, a bit harsh seeing as this is the first I have heard of this. Myself and sinead have decided that this show is far too important and people hold it in such high regards for us to do a show that is only half decent or a show that doesn't meet up to the standards of last years show.
