Hey guys, As you may or may not be aware, we're being audited this semester. I reckon we should be alright (although if Siobhan Byrne is expecting a receipyt for every last transaction, she's got another thing coming!) I know people are stressed out with exams, assignments etc. but, if possible, I'd just like to get a few things sorted this week. Liana, can you try and get the remaining sponsorship money. I got the cheque from ITW but we still need cheques from your dad, Daiwa (sp?) and Ulster bank. Susan, can you lodge the bag-pack money ASAP. Alan and Susan, once you figure out the money owed to Josef Weinberger, we can get a sterling draft or money transfer. I also plan on writing the last few cheques for the musical before the accounts go in on Friday. Eadaoin, some band members and the set designer still need to be paid I think. Anyone else? If ANYBODY has any drama-related receipts/lodgement stubs, please, please keep them for me. That stuff doesn't need to be in until next week so there's no urgent rush.
