[Drama-Committee] Possible Meeting?
Hey gang, Please let me know when is good for a meeting for ALL of you! We need to have a meeting, and soon - matters to be discussed include: Financial report on the Musical My Mother Said - dates are pencilled in for April 10-12, but the MPS Hybrid awards are on the 12th and I have to assume that they will be in the venue. Storage issues (again) - We have been told we can use the old USIT office, but need to get a key. Buildings, security, health and safety and just about everyone else and their fucking dogs are getting onto me about this. The proposed Variety Show - I'd love to see it happen! The DADAs - we have been offered the upstairs of the slipper, cheap food and 3 euro drinks. Better than the new bar? You bet! Tape - we need to contact Bev and explain that due to rights issues, we just can't do it. The AGM - we need to set a date and send out an email explaining the duties of each member of committee The Venue - the floor needs to be cleaned, or we will get yet another cleaning bill. There are about 2 or 3 outstanding against us at the moment... Theatre trip - Monday night. So we need to have a meeting at some stage Sunday preferably. *tears hair out* Bob -- Roibeard O Mhurcu # 54144094 CS2 Class Rep. Being the useless fecker that I am, I'm at home this weekend. I'll be back on Tuesday, but every evening that week is already filled with something, until I leave the country on Friday. Boo. :/ On 1 Apr 2006, at 15:23, Joseph Murray wrote:

Surely we can arrange a meeting either before or after the theatre trip on Monday. I'm really not liking the idea of a midnight meeting... Joey On 4/1/06, Charlie Von Metzradt <phaxx@redbrick.dcu.ie> wrote:
