[Drama-committee] In my absence...
Due to tech. rehearsals for 'Someone Who'll Watch Over Me', I mightn't be able to make it tonight but Medb knows my views on the Macbeth situation, so it's all peachy. Regarding the Christmas party...As long as it avoids Antigone (9th and 10th, I think?), I've no particular preference for dates. I'm class rep for JR1 and will probably have to set up some galavant for them, which, due to my workload at the moment, will no doubt be put off 'til the 18th or 19th. It might be best to have ours just a bit earlier, to avoid clashing with other excursions. Still, I'm not promising my attendance; there's a colossal amount of course work that I've worked damn hard at neglecting and, come the end of Antigone, I'll need to remove my nose from it's lofty position and put it to the grindstone for the last week. If I need to work on assignments, I'll have to miss out - but I'll do my very best to make it. By the way, St. Pat's are doing Pride and Predujice...I think it's Pride and Predujice - something along those lines, anyway - soon enough and in a bid to foster inter-college relations, it'd be a good idea to get a group to go along. I emailed them in pursuit of details and have yet to recieve a reply but Martin d'French ought to be at 'Someone...' on one of the nights this week, so I'll talk to him about it then. Anyway, be prepared for a minor group outing whenever it's showing...I'll mail the list with details and try and organise something. somehow. Yeah, so, like, y'know, get EVERYONE you know to come to 'Someone Who'll Watch Over Me' and 'Antigone'. Christopher Samuel Carroll And all the woe that moved him so That he gave that bitter cry, And the wild regrets, and the bloody sweats None knew so well as I: For he who lives more lives than one More deaths than one must die.
