Hi gang, This mail is going out to all of you that have expressed interest in helping out at our DCU Open Day activities (and some of you we're just hoping will help out) ... The fun and games begin at 10am Sat 19th (this Sat) and continue 'til 4pm. What we'd like to do is set up a stand in the HUB, much like the one we had for Clubs & Socs day - pretty much all of the bits needed are in the equipment room, apart from a DVD player (which I'll supply) and a TV set (which we need to source). Most of our committee are not available this weekend (myself included), so Eoghan is the man to contact at atlas@redbrick.dcu.ie to discuss tactics and stuff. We have two costumes from our friends at Bui Bolg (the massive puppets) and we need volunteers to wear them!
