Hey Guys, *Stars in Your Eyes:* Sent an email to MPS about taping Stars in Your Eyes before shots! No reply as of yet - but I spoke to Graeme Butler- hes on committee - and he said they knew about it from earlier on in the year - and that they'd definitely be up for it! I said the before shots would probably be the monday of week 8 - just to make sure we get everyone in and in case people need to do it tuesday night! Hope thats all ok? *Sponsorship Update!* Me and Susan went to Omni on Friday to milk it for all its worth! We didnt do half bad considering it was the middle of the day and we just walked into places! I found that people remembered me from my previous tries there and this definitely definitely helped!! A Tesco Voucher (not sure for how much yet...) but we're just gonna buy wine with it? is that ok? 4. An Art and Hobby Shop Voucher (not sure how much yet...) As far as spot prizes go - we're also in negotiations with Golden Discs! I figure since we planned to give the 3rd place person a 25 euro voucher - I may just get Golden Discs to donate this - and we can buy the other vouchers! *Monetary Sponsorship* (so far...dont worry Im going back on Tuesday!) 1. John Alan Hairstylists - 40 Euro for an Ad in the Programme, 25 Euro for the projection of the ad on the screen (65 euro!!) 2. Gormley's Butchers - Same thing *So 130 Euro yay!* - I know my goal was 175 (100 euro for the winner, 50 for 2nd place, and 25 for 3rd) but I'll get the 45 on Tuesday defo! *Helix Stuff:* Liana has sent me the blurb and photo for the Helix brochure - Im gonna send that off tonight and make sure the marketing woman says its ok! I still need to fill out the Helix Contract and the rights form - so I'll bring it to the committee meeting and Joey you can give me a hand!
