*Hello Folks* *Hope all is very well. If you are getting this email you are on the team for producing this years DCU Musical "Hair". First and foremost I am very appreciative of the level of interest in helping produce the show this year. Thank you all very much for your support. So far, we have together what seems bound to be a absolute Juggernaut of a production team! We have everything we need to build on our epic success of last year and produce a show the likes of which DCU and Helix have never seen before! This is our job. That and having a blast all the way through! :) The fact that we are starting good and early will undoubtedly stand to us. The show itself is not opening until the second week of April 2010. We have a totally committed and highly skilled director who is qualified in every aspect of direction imaginable, the very lovely Rebbecca Hickey. We are the people that will be making her visions reality! The unparalleled talent that is Kevin Walsh is also returning to the fray as Musical Director/Chorus Master. Our number one job is to make sure we realise our potential here in DCU and make this show the best it possibly can be. From performers to organisers, our university have proven that a high standard is the only one we know of in putting on a show. This year will be no different. We the production team will be the team with our shoulder's to the wheel to make this become a reality, and that starts now. Genuinely I need everybody to commit to your role in the production team from the offset and carry out your duty to the best of your ability. Otherwise you will be relieved of your position and cut from the show programme and generally excommunicated from society. Lets not have to do that!..
