Hi all Just a couple of things I need help with. We have finally got perminant storage for our big heavy sets thanks to our equipments officer Dave but I need bodies to help move it over the next couple of days. We are keeping it all in various different location around the hub at the moment and we need it all brought to a central point ready to move out first thing sat morning. Stocks are holding Silicon in the Hub this weekend which means that we are going to be disturbing them by moving our set out on Sat. morning but sadly there can be no other solution, they need all the space in the venue they can get and we're taking up alot of it and its a fire hazard. I need all of drama's belongings brought up from downstairs in the venue to the balcony so that stocks can set up tomorrow and I need bodies in the venue to help me do this at 10am tomorrow. It shouldn't take too long if everyone gives a hand. Secondly we need bodies on saturday to help load the truck. The silicon event starts at 10am sat so we'd be looking to get out of there before then if we can. We also need people to go with Jenny to Skerries to help unload the truck ( yeah jenny, I have you going to skerries ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MISSING ITEMS: Well done to Paul May our web master in getting su Pres It was some night last night but someone picked up the wrong denim jacket when leaving my house last night and one of the guys I live with is shivering all day today as a result so if someone has the wrong jacket could they please drop it into the clubs and socs office with a note attached, thanks. The after show party was mental too but someone apparently went home with an extra pair of shoes so if someone has a pair of shoes that they didnt have before could they also return them in a bag to the clubs and socs office for the attention of Drama, poor Threasa cant go out in her slippers! There's also the matter of a missing phone, a black nokia i think? Same as above. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We need promoters! We have secured very last minute, as you know from the last mail, a couple of days in the Helix next week. We need people to hand out flyers and stick up posters. I'm in the venue all morning tomorrow and anyone who has a half hour to spare at any stage tomorrow please pop in and pick up a few posters to stuck up around the place.
