Niamh Power here, chair of SVP. Just emailing to tell you that St. vincent de Paul week is commencing 16th of October this year and i was wondering if your society would like to get involved? Last year we raised 8000, 4000 was given to projects in ethiopia and Zambia the rest on feeding the homeless, visitations and the plough youth club. Anywho We are going to have a table quiz with a few different societies involved on monday if your society would like to have a round of questions that would be super.??!! Im eagerly searching for people to dress up as a homeless person like in Oliver for monday the 16th of october. Essentially the week is about raising money but awareness is also a huge factor in the week. oh yes and if anyone would like to go up for auction that would be splended!!:) thats it for now , Thanks a mill Niamh
