Absent: Pauric and Cian Rent Posters: - Need to tell people to take them down or else we are at risk of being fined. If you see one, take it down. Rent Analysis: - All agreed that the show was a success. We landed on our feet in a lot of cases, which we were extremely lucky about. - Things that need to be improved on are: not going over budget and PR. People need to be told where and when to poster. - Things that worked well: professional director and Vocal Coach. - Suggestions: keep our connections and possibly consider extending the run to the Friday and Saturday night. - We?re owed 60 bags of chips which we will avail of for the DADS?s. The Sound of Disney: - Will take place some Tuesday in the old bar. GER will send an email about it. - Other open-mike style nights will be arranged soon as well like ?whose line? etc. - A lighting workshop will take place soon also. Sports Day: -As Pauric was absent we couldn?t discuss this, but apparently he wants to organise a drama sports day (?) The Vagina Monologues: -WILL take place, week 11 in the Venue. Ciara is going to fill out the outstanding report and any other formalities. BASH!: -All is going well. The first time it will be performed is at ISDA. -Conor needs receipts from Barry for the 100e and 300e payments to ISDA. 12th Night: - All ok, Holly dropped out and they are currently looking for a replacement. Will take place Mon- Weds week 11. Final Video: - Sinead was nominated to do it. Requests that everyone sends her footage that they have. DADA?s: - We will decide nominations etc in next weeks meeting. Need to get a quote for trophies. AOB: - EGM will take place Monday of week 10. - 3 people are running for SU from Drama. They can have 3 drama boards each. GER will mention it in next weeks email. -Rent has been asked to do a performance for Clubs and Socs awards. John is calling two extra rehearsals for it.
