Hi folks http://www.dcu.ie/surveys/hub.shtml You would all have recieved a mail that asked you to fill in a survey for the Hub and we would appreciate if you did fill it out with the following issues in mind.... There are some jobs that urgently need doing to improve the standard of the Venue. The Macs need to be serviced, they are close to blowing up point at this stage and they are costly to replace so that's priority 1. and a new lighting desk is also needed. The sound in the building is crap so to improve this we need something to absorb all the feedback such as curtains or felt wall paper on the walls. To aid this a Black resin flooring or temp carpet. The new bar is a great place when 5 hours of work goes into making it look well so something like a curtain rail would make things run alot smoother and although we cant cover the doors with curtains, blinds on the emergency exits would provide ambience. Dimmer switch on the lights would be a huge advantage. A canopy is needed on both out door areas.
