Hey guys, Remember we said we'd try to get a second cheque book with Steve and John and I as signitures on it? I went into the bank today and they said that we cant have another cheque book with different signitures. We can either set up a separate musical account or change two of the signitures temporarily to Steve and John. It would be a shame to lose two of the committee signitures from the account but I reckon having a second account could just get messy. What do people think about changing the signitures on the account to me Pauric, John and Steve, just while the musical stuff is happening? Let me know asap, because I want to get back into the bank as soon as I can. Thanks, Jen
Alternatively we can just give john the signiture on the cheque book and keep 3 ourselves? Does Steve need it as director?

Hey guys, I think what I'm going to do is put John as signiture instead of Alan (cuz he's on intra). I'll leave Steve off for the moment to keep the 3 committee members as signitures. If its not working out we can always add steve later. but he's not producer so he shouldn't need to sign cheques. Jen
