This is to remind you that I need your grant apps by monday so I can work out a budget and bring it up in the SPC meeting on wednesday. Also I need to know what date and time you want to have your events on so I can work out a final timetable and have the posters printed, please do this by monday as well. I am meeting Shea tomorrow and will let you know what he has to offer regarding the Venue and Bars in the Hub tomorrow. The Glass Room is available for use during Arts Week if anyone wants to put up events in there, Music Soc has keys to it so we can work something out with them. Next meeting on Wednesday 9th November at 1pm in the Clubs and Socs office. Attached is another very provisional timetable. Please fill it up :) We havent really got anything during day time so it would be nice if some of you could provide some daytime activities. Ellen
