hi guys sorry for all todays mails, ive been very mail happy!! anyway ive asked paul to create an online calender for committee members. what will happen is that we can update it ourselves. therefore not only will we know whats on and when etc but we'll also be updating it with deadlines for actions to remind people. also i would hope that people will pencil in when they are not free so that if for example there are helpers needed for a show or an event the person in charge of it on the committee can see who is available and who isnt. paul will let you know when it is completed and i would encourage people to check it everyday if possible so they know what needs to be done. this will really help organisation this year, so use it all the time! thanks guys and thanks to mr.web, paul.
