AOB ISDA: - Sent us the guide for tech and accommodation. - Pauric doesn?t want to send a show; Holly is the lead in the 12th Night so Joey?s play will be sent. It isn?t much visually but the monologues are good. We at best would win best actor. - All paperwork needs to be got off Pauric and given to Joey. The checks need to be sent along with the forms. Joey needs to get the rights but they are available. Sponsorship: -Cian suggested an idea for sponsorship for next year. We could send out sponsorship application forms and offer the companies free tickets to Rent to showcase what they would be sponsoring. All agreed it would be a good idea. -Everyone needs to get onto people for sponsorship. Lighting Desk: -Dec got onto Jay. He?ll swap at some stage this week (not before Strictly.) Rent: - 106 tickets have been sold already. - Cian should have the posters by the end of the week and cast should begin postering by next week. - A production meeting needs to be called asap. - A props manager is needed; Ger will do it. AOB: - Strictly needs tech. DEC will do sound and ADAM will do lighting. - We don?t know if drown drama will be tomorrow or Wednesday? We will try and clarify this. - The DCU Uganda Drama club sent us cards. Ed will update the website with the details. - There have been a number of short film submissions.
